My first candy winner!

Merry Christmas everybody!!!
We had a lovely day today. Finished wrapping presents, went to the church, had a great dinner, opened one present each.

Tomorrow morning kids will come down and open all those presents that are under the tree. Hopefully it won't take longer than couple of hours LOL.

But I bet you all want to know who is the winner of my first candy!
The winner is number 26- Annelies (http://scrapannelies.blogspot.com/). Sorry I have no idea how to post the random integer generator here, but hopefully will figure that one out by the time I have my next candy up for grabs teehee.
Please post your address in the comments and I will send you your goodies.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Our Christmas tree

I decided to put up out Christmas tree earlier this year. And I didn't want to use our regular Christmas decoration, and decided to go blue and silver. Well they didn't have any silver ornaments in the store, but they had gold shatter proof stuff, so we ended up with blue and gold colours this year. Shatter proof because of the kids. Karissa grabs the ornaments off the tree and throws them around (they do bounce and it's really funny LOL)

hAnglar stamp

Here is my first card using hAnglar stAnglar stamp. I tried doing "halo" around the image. I chose wrong colours for it, but it's OK. Using old Chatterbox papers, Bazzill cardstock, Magnolia doohickey dies, stickles, rhinestones and image is coloured with Copics.
In other news: I have been getting together my first blog candy!! Can't wait to post it next few days, so keep checking back.

Magnolia-licious November Christmas All Year Long Blog Hop

Hello everybody! Welcome to Magnolia-licoius Christmas All Year Long Blog Hop.
I created this Christmas card using Magnolia stamp of course, and CTMH papers. I coloured my image with Copics, added some stickles and lace. You can get Magnolia stamps at Magnolia-licous store at awesome prices!

You came from Lori King's blog and now off we go to Monique's blog to continue with our blog hop. Hope you enjoy all the Christmas cards.
On this image I really tried to shade/highlight Tilda's hair. I think it turned out pretty good, not exactly what I want, but I am getting there!

It's based on the sketch from Just Magnolia Challenge blog by Dawny P. And I used "palm trees" so I can enter it in Alphabet Challenge "T is for trees".
Well that's that!!!

Midnight Madness Sketch challenge #69 I love the sketch this week, the only problem was that the image isnt really suitable for a circle that would fit on 6x6 card, so it had to be placed on the side and I really like it that way.
Stamptacular Sunday challenge #74 distress it! I could enter any card for this challenge LOL, I am in love with distressing and attacking my papers these days. LOLOLOL

Asian Tilda

OK so I absolutely love making all these cards. Today I used Asian Tilda which I really like. Sometimes I have a hard time choosing colours for my images, and it happened here too, I ended up choosing these colours and tried colouring her hair in BLACK, which I find actually quite difficult.
Copics I used:
hair: C7, C1, 100
skin: E21, E00, E000, E95
dress: BG13, BG11, BG10, W5, W3, W1, RV34, RV10, RV000

I used Piggy Tales papers (I think it's called Ballad of Mulan or something similar)

Pirate cards

Hello everybody.
Here are two cards I finished last night. Both are "pirate" cards. I really like using warm muted colours on my projects, and love distressing the paper as much as I can. I used Copics to colour the images, Karen Foster charms, Glitz letter stickers, Sassafrass Lass papers, Bazzill cardstock, and few chipboard shapes I think they were Riff Raff chipboard shapes.

I am entering Edwin for "Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge" challenge. He was somewhat inspired by their sketch.

I had fun colouring Tilda here, and I am entering her for Bunny Zoe's craft challenge.

Another card!

Here is a card I just made last night. I found few challenge blogs yesterday and felt like I had to make this card. I think those challenge blogs might be a great thing!!! LOL
I am entering this card in few challenges:
The ABC challenge B is for blue, the card had to be at least 80 % blue, I think it is, hope they think so too.
7 kids college fund strip it down, we can only use 2 layers of patterned paper, Tilda is 'sitting' on 2 layers of cardstock mat, embossed with Cuttlebug embossing folder

August Mingle Card

Hello everybody! Here is a card for my August Mingle for our Magnolialicous group (I better mail it asap). And I decided to enter it for Just Magnolia challenge and Pocket Full of Posies challenge.

I used a sentiment from Close to My Heart stamp set. Thought it would work well with this Tilda. Thank you for looking.

Christmas All Year blog hop

Here is a card I made for August hop. I used Close to my Heart papers, Glitz letter stickers, Bazzill cardstock, Prima flowers and Doodlebug brads. Tilda with presents is coloured with Copics (still a learning process but I am liking it a lot!).

Few cards

It's been very busy last 2 months. Here is a quick photo of my kids this summer. It's not easy to get them all pose properly LOL.

Well I haven't had much time to post on my blog, but here are the cards I made for June and July mingles.
